Terms and Conditions of Sale


These Conditions of Sale govern the sale of “Digital Reports” by “The Places People Ltd” to the “Customer”.

The Contract

When you purchase ‘Digital Report’ from The Places People Ltd t/a Michael D’Rews via our website michaeldrews.com you are accepting our terms of conditions of sale. The contract for the purchase of any “Digital Reports” will be between the “Customer” and “The Places People Ltd” and will only be formed when The Places People Ltd” make the “Digital Report” available for download, and have received payment in full for the Digital Report. Until we make the “Digital Report” available for download and receive payment in full there is no contract between the “Customer” and “The Places People Ltd”,

By placing an order with The Places People Ltd you agree you are legally capable  of entering into binding contracts

Digital Reports” are delivered to the “Customer” in an Adobe Acrobat PDF format

You hereby agree to download “Digital Reports” for private, non-commercial use only and that you will not copy, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-licence or transfer the “Digital Reports” to anyone else. Nothing in these conditions of sale grants the “Customer” any rights other than those expressly set out herein. These terms do not grant the “Customer” any rights in relation to the synchronisation, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any “Digital Reports”. Any breaches of these terms will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

Some “Digital Reports” sold by “The Places People Ltd” are subject to additional licensing agreement, for example Photographic images. There may also be specific terms of use within a downloaded file explaining how a file can or cannot be used. The “Customer” hereby agrees to abide by these additional license terms.

Price and Payment

The price of any “Digital Reports” will be as quoted on the “Website” at the then current time, except in the case of obvious error. This price will include legally applicable VAT. The “Customer” agrees they may have to provide their country of residence during the order process for the purposes of calculating the correct amount of VAT to apply to the order. We will not accept any offers for “Digital Reports” other than at the then current price. Payment for all “Digital Reports” is processed securely by various third-party payment gateway services and will be handled in the currency advertised on the “Website”. Cancellation and Refunds

By purchasing “Digital Reports” from “The Places People Ltd” who are based in the UK the “Customer” if also based in the UK is bound by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. By downloading any “Digital Reports” from “The Places People” the “Customer” is offered a full 100% refund on purchased “Digital Reports ” already downloaded with evidence that the report was not of use to the “Customer” as they were intended.

Downloading and Risk of Loss.

Once Customer has purchased a Digital Report, the Customer is encouraged to download it promptly and to make a back-up copy of it. If the Customer is unable to complete a download, the Customer shall contact The Places People Ltd for assistance. The Customer bears all risk of loss after purchase including any loss of the Digital Report or as a result of downloading, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.

Downloads are not stored in your account you MUST DOWNLOAD AND SAVE TO YOUR DEVICE.


The Company is not FCA approved and will not be held responsible for any investment loss connected to the use of the data included in our reports.
